Process 2 Profits
Having clear, easy-to-follow Policies, Processes and Procedures are key to building a scalable business. They ensure you can bring on additional clients, without worrying about scaling your delivery team.
In this hybrid Training and Implementation program, we work with your team to establish the key workflows your team needs to cut delivery costs and grow your business.
Who is this for?
This program is designed for service-providing businesses, who grapple with ways to scale up. Maybe you’ve run into bandwidth constraints, and hit a ceiling in terms of the number of clients you can serve.
Maybe you’ve built a great business, but when you brought on staff, they failed to deliver the way you do. Or maybe you simply want to make your business more profitable. If that sounds familiar, keep reading.
Standardizing Services
We work with you to identify your key products and services and the processes you use to deliver them. We then work together to implement workflow automation software to help you:
- Establish easy-to-follow workflows for your team.
- Automate communications with clients and team members using Visual Notifications.
- Increase your team’s compliance with your processes.
Set Yourself Up To Scale Your Business
Having clearly defined processes helps you:
- increase your profitability by delivering consistent results
- prepare you to bring on more team members to scale delivery
- keep clients happier by clearly communicating your process and managing expectations
What’s Covered In This Training Program?
Here’s a week-by-week outline of what we cover in this training program:
Needs Assessment: Week 1
Here, we’ll work with your leadership team to establish the biggest pain points in your business when it comes to delivery, and identify potential solutions. We’ll build you a “Process Plan Report” to set expectations of what we’ll create and when.
Mapping Your Products: Week 2
We’ll map the products that are most important for us to formalize in a Product Process Map and a Policy Binder. We’ll then start meeting with your team to lay the groundwork for future sessions.
Reviewing Existing Processes: Weeks 3 & 4
Here, we’ll take 2 sessions reviewing your existing processes & procedures and training your team on procedure building. We’ll then perform a gap analysis between what we need to create, and what your company already has.
Build New & Refine Existing Processes: Weeks 5-9
At this stage, we’ll start our ongoing cadence of shadowing your team to map processes, and refining them into easy-to-follow guides. Our team will virtually shadow yours, as they go through their day-to-day operations and use them as a guide to creating processes.
Automation Building: Weeks 6-10
Concurrently with the Building Processes stage, we’ll begin integrating the new processes we build together into an easy-to-use process mapping tool (like Monday.com, Teamwork, Process Street or Bento).
Ongoing Optimization: Weeks 10 & Beyond
After we have your core systems mapped, we will shift to a maintenance mode with a reduced budget, in a “retainer plus pay-per-use model.”
What Is The Required Investment In This Consulting Service?
Our pricing varies, depending on the number of processes and procedures you’d like to see created on a weekly basis. We start at $1,000/month, with a minimum 3 month engagement. Most of our clients opt for 2 procedures per week, and their investment sits at $1,500/month.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the most common questions companies considering this service ask?
What systems do you use for workflow automation?
We are system-agnostic. While we have systems that we are more familiar with and that we recommend, we’re happy to accomodate any tools that you are tied into. We are familiar with a wide range of tools including Process Street, Bento Systems, Monday.com, Celoxis, Teamwork, Asana, Trello, Workamajig and more.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Some of our best results have been in working with marketing agencies, hospitality businesses, consulting firms, accounting teams and product wholesalers. But workflow automation can help any business, so long as they are aimed at scaling and standardizing their delivery. Our favourites have been B2B Service Providing Businesses with high-ticket offerings.
What is your process for working with a new company?
For those who aren’t ready to commit, we offer the Automation Blueprint. We charge a flat rate $1,000 for a 2-hour session. There, we identify the best opportunities for you to save time, money and effort. You leave that session with a map that you can either implement yourself, or have us do it for you as part of the Process 2 Profit program. If you choose to move forward, we credit the $1,000 towards your first month.
What is the ROI on workflow automation?
Every sprint, we look for opportunities to trim the fat, spots where you are duplicating your efforts or wasting time. Depending on your goals and budget, as well as the availabilty of your key stakeholders, we’ll set the length of each sprint to one, two or four weeks. During each sprint, we aim to shave 1% off of your cost of delivery.
