What’s Covered In This Training Program?

Here’s a week-by-week outline of what we cover in this training program:

Content Strategy: Week 1

Here, we’ll work with your leadership team to establish what your audience needs to hear, in order to work with you. We’ll map out the content pieces that will help you communicate your message, and how to make it work in your current technical systems.

Recorded and Group Training: Weeks 2-3

Here, your team will consume a series of pre-recorded training modules and exercises, taking you from concept to outline and outline to script. We’ll then meet in a group format for two sessions to help you refine the message.

Getting Camera Ready: Week 4

Here, we’ll work with your team to communicate your message in short, social-ready snippets. Our proven methodology will help you get “off script” and communicate the message effortlessly on camera, even if you’ve never been on video before.

Crafting Your Copy: Weeks 5-6

We’ll work through crafting copy for a number of different content delivery mediums. Our virtual sessions will train your team in how to create compelling email and social copy that can distribute your video effectively.

Building Your Funnel: Weeks 7-8

Here, we’ll train your team in how to combine your video and your email content in an automated content delivery system that will drip a sequence of content to your audience over time, adapting to their behaviour and needs.

Filling Your Funnel: Weeks 9-10

Here, we’ll work through a number of different channels that you can use to attract leads to opt into your funnel. We’ll explore various paid and free mediums that you can use to target your ideal audience and bring them into the fold.

What Is The Tuition For This Training Program?

Attendance for this program is $9,500 per trainee. To ensure you are “future-proofed” amidst a changing economic landscape, we recommend sending 2-3 of your core team members who you trust to take your organization forward. Our program will include a combination of virtual and in-person training at a location of your choosing.  Leadership members may sit in as a “fly on the wall” for any sessions at no additional charge.
