Process 2 Profits: Training Version
This training program is for teams who want to build a culture of accountability in their organizations. We’ll train your team on how to build easy-to-follow Policies, Processes and Procedures that are key to building a scalable business.
A Process-First Culture Requires All Team Members To Buy In
This training program is designed for service-providing businesses, who grapple with ways to scale up. We work with your team to train them on the 3 P’s:
- Policies
- Processes
- Procedures
We’ll start by imparting WHY these things are important, and how they can lead to better job security for them. We’ll then get them up to speed on how to build a good procedure, and automate it using best-in-class tools.
What’s Covered In This Training Program?
Here’s a week-by-week outline of what we cover in this training program:
Needs Assessment: Week 1
Here, we’ll work with your leadership team to establish the biggest pain points in your business when it comes to delivery, and identify potential solutions. We’ll build you a “Process Plan Report” to set expectations of what we’ll create and when.
Introducing the 3 P’s to Profit: Weeks 2 & 3
Here, we’ll take 2 sessions with your team on how Process and Procedure can have a positive impact on their ability to Delegate the tasks they do not want to do, and Elevate themselves to focusing on things they do enjoy. Along the way, we’ll demonstrate why it can have a positive impact on their job security, and upward mobility in the organization.
Creating a Policy Binder: Week 4
Policy binders are the first step towards building a scalable business. We’ll take a session to extract your existing policies, and codify them. From there, we can establish the most important processes and procedures we need to create, in order to make sure these policies are easy to follow.
Mapping Your Products: Week 5
We’ll map the products that are most important for us to formalize in a Product Process Map and how that ties into your Policy Binder. We’ll then start meeting with your team to lay the groundwork for future sessions.
Creating Processes & Procedures: Weeks 6-8
We’ll work together to review your existing processes & procedures and training your team on procedure building. This includes a combination of group training, and 1-1 shadowing with individuals on how to build their own procedures.
Automation Building: Weeks 6-10
Concurrently with the Building Processes stage, we’ll begin integrating the new processes we build together into an easy-to-use process mapping tool (like Monday.com, Teamwork, Process Street or Bento).

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the most common questions companies considering this service ask?
What systems do you use for workflow automation?
We are system-agnostic. While we have systems that we are more familiar with and that we recommend, we’re happy to accomodate any tools that you are tied into. We are familiar with a wide range of tools including Process Street, Bento Systems, Monday.com, Celoxis, Teamwork, Asana, Trello, Workamajig and more.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Some of our best results have been in working with marketing agencies, hospitality businesses, consulting firms, accounting teams and product wholesalers. But workflow automation can help any business, so long as they are aimed at scaling and standardizing their delivery. Our favourites have been B2B Service Providing Businesses with high-ticket offerings.
What is your process for working with a new company?
For those who aren’t ready to commit, we offer the Automation Blueprint. We charge a flat rate $1,000 for a 2-hour session. There, we identify the best opportunities for you to save time, money and effort. You leave that session with a map that you can either implement yourself, or have us do it for you as part of the Process 2 Profit program. If you choose to move forward, we credit the $1,000 towards your first month.
What is the ROI on workflow automation?
Every sprint, we look for opportunities to trim the fat, spots where you are duplicating your efforts or wasting time. Depending on your goals and budget, as well as the availabilty of your key stakeholders, we’ll set the length of each sprint to one, two or four weeks. During each sprint, we aim to shave 1% off of your cost of delivery.
